Shipping policy

Please note that our production times apply to working days only and do not include weekends. While we strive to meet our standard timeframes, factors such as peak seasons or unexpected delays may occasionally extend production times.

Once your order is placed, production begins within 3 working days. We recommend ordering in advance, especially if your cards are for a special occasion or event, to ensure they arrive in plenty of time.

Remember, production time and shipping time are separate. Once your order has been despatched, delivery will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
